LEADERSHIP INSTITUTES AND EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
View the details of the multicultural leadership institutes and
executive development programs at the link provided below:
http://www.multiculturaladvantage.com/leader/leadership-institute.asp

~Education Policy Professional Development Program - The EPFP is a
10-month, in-service leadership development program. The program
combines events of national scope with activities specific to each of 12
state sites across the country to provide a rich professional
development experience for approximately 200 Fellows each year.

~Center for Creative Leadership African-American Leadership Program -
The Center for Creative Leadership African-American Leadership Program
is one of the few leadership development programs designed for and
staffed by African Americans, this program offers a secure forum for
exploring, in a substantive way, those issues that impact the career
objectives of African-American professionals. It provides an exceptional
leadership development experience rich in personal assessment and
feedback, designed to stimulate a process of growth that will help each
participant become more successful and productive.

~League for Innovation in the Community College Executive Leadership
Institute - The Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) provides the
opportunity for potential community college presidents, or those in
transition, to review their abilities and interests, to refine their
skills, and to participate in discussions on leadership with outstanding
community college leaders from North America.

~National Hispana Leadership Institute Executive Leadership Training
Program - The NHLI program provides four one-week leadership development
seminars which span nine months and four cities. The intensive learning
experience provides training in public policy, leadership, strategic
management and race, class and gender issues.

~Coro Community Leadership Program for Working Professionals and Active
Retirees - Through hands-on experience and monthly seminars, Coro
Community Leaders examine, analyze and reflect upon three specific civic
issues—self-selected by participants as critical to the quality of life
in Northern California.

~Freedom Forum Diversity Institute - The Freedom Forum Diversity
Institute is a program to develop a new pool of journalists of color.
The institute trains non-traditional students who are interested in
daily newspaper journalism but didn't make journalism their first career
choice to work at their local daily newspapers in the United States.
Most students are making a career transition into journalism. The
Diversity Institute is also seeking photographers and artists who
already have technical skills and experience.

~National Eagle Leadership Institute Corporate Bound Academy - Corporate
Bound Academy™ prepares corporate-bound students for the challenges of
leadership. The Corporate Bound Academy™ Leadership Challenge confronts
students with exactly the kinds of decisions and dilemmas leaders face
every day.

~UCLA Anderson School of Management Women's Leadership Institute - As a
participant, you’ll discuss women’s career development and understand
how career options, challenges, and choices differ between men and
women. You will uncover the best ways to tackle the daily challenges of
work-life balance, and learn how to harness feminine attributes such as
insight, intuition, and strong interpersonal skills to affect
organizational change and implement new ideas in your firm. And, you’ll
acquire the ability to make smarter work-life decisions that are in
alignment with your long-term goals.

~Robert Wood Johnson Community Health Leadership Program - The Robert
Wood Johnson Community Health Leadership Program (CHLP) honors
outstanding individuals who overcome daunting odds to expand access to
health care and social services to underserved and isolated populations
in communities across the United States.

~Riordan Fellows Leadership Program - The Riordan Fellows Program
targets current college students and recent college graduates who are
considering graduate education in business management. Its core purpose
is to educate, prepare, and motivate these individuals to competitively
apply and succeed in a top MBA program and a career in management.
Fellows attend eight (8) monthly Saturday sessions.

~The Executive Leadership Council Institute for Leadership Development &
Research - The mission of the Institute is to both identify and develop
African-American corporate leadership (high potential and senior
executives) and prepare them for diverse global leadership.
Additionally, the Institute will provide executive development for
senior non-profit leaders. Integral components of the Institute are the
research papers, publications, reviews, analyses, and recommendations
offered.

~Center for Creative Leadership Women's Leadership Program - Designed
for and staffed by women, this program brings the powerful assessment
and feedback elements found in other Center programs together with
research-based content that delves into issues and perceptions
surrounding women's leadership and work experiences. In addition to
clarifying strengths and development areas, and working with models of
power and influence, participants explore the choices and tradeoffs they
face as women juggling personal and professional objectives.

~Leadership Anchorage - Leadership Anchorage is designed to expose the
“emerging leaders” of non-profit, neighborhood, and ethnic organizations
to the larger power brokers of Anchorage and Alaska.
