The Catholic "glass ceiling" has a huge impact on society and ecology,
and therefore on business and all human institutions. Second only to
the Catholic "glass ceiling" is the Islamic "glass ceiling." Then come
the "glass ceilings" of all the other patriarchal religions. If you
don't want to deal with the religious dimension of business, fine with
me ... but it is not feeble, and it is very real.
