WKAR's volunteer coordinator wants to send email to "everyone on campus" soliciting volunteers for our upcoming on-air Auction.
1) I don't even know what address goes to all users; and 2) I expect emailing for this purpose violates the bulk email policy

Thoughts? or suggestions about better ways to scare up more volunteers for "nine days of TV excitement and fun supporting public
television." :-)
