Port 25 is correct for non-SSL, and 465 for SSL.
I checked my own Mozilla config (same as the recent Netscape), and my
preferences leave the port number box blank. That's probably the best
approach if it works. In MS Outlook Express, it looks like you can
click on "Use Defaults" - you might start with that and then check the
"requires SSL" checkbox.
I'll pass this on to our documentation folks to see if some improvements
can be made.
