No, traceroute isn't working either. I get nothing to 35.8.2.3 or my office
machine, which is in the 35.8.144.x block. Just a thought: while I was
troubleshooting with the ACD tech an hour ago, she was able to ping 35.8.2.3
whereas I could not.
