Join us for the Beginning Farmer Webinar Series…

You can sign up for one program, several or the whole series-It’s YOUR choice.

 

ON THIS WEDNDESDAY NIGHT-March 23 Vicki Morrone will present …Mar 23, 7-9 pm.   Getting your land ready to grow organically—certified or not

 

This is a 2 hours webinar of learning what you can do to help prepare for organic certification on your land and with your records. Then we will discuss what to expect if you go the route of organic certification. New beginning farmers series offered on-line by MSU Extension

 

            People who are exploring new farm businesses will benefit from participating in the MSU Extension 2016 Beginning Farmer Webinar Series.  From January – April 2016, MSU Extension will offer 23 two-hour evening programs that provide valuable start-up information on general and more specific farming topics, including:

A fee of $10 per webinar is required, or you can register for the entire series for $115.  Webinar recordings will be provided to all registered participants.  Participate from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office.  Program details and a link to registration information can be found at

Each program begins at 7pm Eastern Time and will last about two hours.  A high-speed internet connection is required.  You will receive webinar connection information after you register.
