Dear KCP Family~ In case you had not heard, our friend and colleague, Rudy Redmond’s mother passed on January 29, 2015.  Please keep Rudy and his family in your thoughts as they travel to California for their final goodbye. 

 

Mrs. Redmond’s newspaper obituary:

 

MS. LILLIE  (LIL) REDMOND: Mrs. Redmond was born in Darling, Mississippi. Mrs. Redmond had lived in Riverside, California since 1965. She lived in several states with her military husband, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Redmond loved to  travel and was fortunate to have visited all fifty states and several foreign countries. She was member of First Baptist Church. Mrs. Redmond is survived by her daughter, Regena Green of Valencia, CA, and her son, Rudy Redmond, of Southfield, MI.

 

Graveside service for Lillie (Lil) Redmond will be Monday, February 9, 2015, 11:00 am at Riverside National Cemetery. The family suggest memorial contributions to the United Negro College Fund, 500 East 62nd Street, New York, NY 10131-0497.
