RE: Open MSU Invite: Perceptive Software event on October 3 in Fee Hall, Room E109, 3:00-5:00 p.m. The MSU community is invited to attend an informative event on Thursday, October 3rd with Perceptive Software (also known as ImageNow) to learn more about the enterprise document management technology that several MSU departments use including Enrollment Services and Human Resources. A company representative will also be available to give an overview of the product and answer related questions. Everyone is welcome. No registration is necessary. WHEN: Thursday, October 3, 3:00-5:00 p.m. WHERE: Fee Hall, Room E108 Perceptive Software is designed to help departments become more efficient through the reduction and elimination of paper and paper-based processes. MSU has utilized Perceptive technology for about 15 years to provide departments across campus with an option for document management, workflow, eForms, and other technologies. Perceptive Software may be able to help MSU departments that encounter: - Time-consuming document searching - Document processes that cause bottlenecks - Growing paper storage and space issues - A need for faster customer service through easier access to information.
