We are excited that Kelsey Morinaga has accepted a Secretary 9 position with the KCP Initiative and started work on Tuesday, September 4. Please feel free to welcome Kelsey to our agency.
Kelsey has a number of years of legislative experience from the State Governmental Affairs Department at Michigan Farm Bureau, the Hawaii House of Representatives Minority Research Office and previously a member on her neighborhood board in Aiea, Hawaii.
Kelsey also brings prior experience in higher education from Cornerstone University's Professional & Graduate Studies Program.
