The internship will be focused at managing and designing the end-user
experience on PowerVoice. The duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- Identifying hypotheses to test about end-user and consumer behavior
in eCommerce and social media
- Handling customer support inquiries with a highly positive and
friendly attitude
- Consulting with the technical team on the overall user experience of
the PowerVoice web interface
- Proactively reaching out to customers who can provide valuable
insight to the team
- Coming into work every day excited and motivated
What we're looking for
We're looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Passionate about delivering quality customer service
- Interested in the dynamics of consumer and end-user behavior on
social media and eCommerce
- Solutions oriented person who instinctively finds ways to solve
problems
- Currently enrolled in a college or university
- Ability to be flexible on compensation
