Job Posting: Summer Internship, Customer Experience Analyst
About
PowerVoice is a cutting edge start-up connecting eCommerce and social media
in new ways. We're a small team with big plans and each member of the team
matters. We're currently based out of Birmingham, MI and we're looking for
an intern to join our team for the summer, starting as soon as possible.
Description
The internship will be focused at managing and designing the end-user
experience on PowerVoice. The duties will include (but will not be limited
to):
- Identifying hypotheses to test about end-user and consumer behavior in
eCommerce and social media
- Handling customer support inquiries with a highly positive and friendly
attitude
- Consulting with the technical team on the overall user experience of the
PowerVoice web interface
- Proactively reaching out to customers who can provide valuable insight to
the team
- Coming into work every day excited and motivated
What we're looking for
We're looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Passionate about delivering quality customer service
- Interested in the dynamics of consumer and end-user behavior on social
media and eCommerce
- Solutions oriented person who instinctively finds ways to solve problems
- Currently enrolled in a college or university
- Ability to be flexible on compensation
