The MSU WebDevCAFÉ meets next Thursday, March 15th at 2:30-4:00pm (back to our usual time!) at C101 McDonel Hall.

Thursday will be a topic-driven meeting, featuring a presentation and discussion led by Aniseh Sjona Bro (MSUAA) and Brian Collins (Venturit) focusing on the MSU Alumni Association Knowledge Network project.  The project aims to create an easy-to-use web-based environment to promote and curate content related to MSU programs, courses, and research.  The content management platform behind the Knowledge Network, developed by Venturit, utilizes Kaltura to store media assets.  You can see an example of this work at: http://app.thearit.com/accounts/msuaa/widgets/spartan-values.html.  The project is still in development, so come hear a preliminary description of this new resource, ask questions, and offer suggestions. It promises to be an interesting discussion.
