Not sure if others are aware of this or not, I certainly wasn't. We had some electronic media that we needed to store in a safe and secure location with access to on an occasional basis. It turns out that MSU Archives here on campus provides this type of service. The cost was very reasonable and we've been happy with the service (using it since last summer). I thought I'd let others know in case they weren't aware.
If you're looking for this type of service you might contact them for more information. My contact there is Lisa Schmidt (http://search.msu.edu/people/index.php?fst=lisa&lst=sch&nid=&uid=560959) although you can probably just call the main number at 517-355-2330 (http://archives.msu.edu/) and ask about it as well.
