MSU is now participating in the InCommon SSL Certificate Program, which entitles MSU to issue low-cost Comodo SSL certificates for MSU servers.

MSU Network administrators can request an individual SSL certificate or the ability to issue unlimited SSL certificates for a departmental sub-domain through online MSU request forms. Certificates are approved through Libraries, Computing and Technology and then are issued by InCommon/Comodo, usually within 24 hours.
