East Lansing, Michigan - The Michigan Organic Food and Farm Alliance (MOFFA) announces the 2011 Michigan Organic Conference (MOC) in East Lansing, Michigan. The 2011 conference, “Keeping the Local in Organic” will be held on March 4 at the Hannah Community Center and March 5, at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center on the Michigan State University campus. Friday's activities will include a reporting session with the MSU Research team and an evening social event, the Taste of Michigan – featuring local and regional food and live music.
