Subject: [ECOLOG-L] postdoctoral position in biochar research
A postdoctoral opportunity is available beginning January 2011 for a project
on use of biochar for carbon sequestration in switchgrass production on
marginal soils. Experience with plant production, soil biology and gas
exchange desirable. PhD in ecology, soil science, agronomy or related
fields preferred. Appointment for 1 year with possibility for renewal.
Starting salary $44,000 with a benefit package including health insurance.
