Rapid Market Assessment Workshop

Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at the Lansing City Market, from 9am-2pm. This
workshop will cover the simple, tested methods involved in a full Rapid
Market Assessment, including: conducting customer counts, surveying
consumers with dot surveys, and compiling market observations and
recommendations. The cost is $10 for MIFMA members and $40 for non-MIFMA
