Hi Dr. Coon,

We are looking to fill an entry level position in the Nonpoint Source Unit
here in Lansing and I was wondering if you could pass the word on to any
likely candidates.  The deadline for applying is Friday May 11th at 5:00
p.m. and applications are only accepted online through NEOGOV.  A word of
warning you might also want to pass along: the NEOGOV system can be
difficult for first time users and it may take considerable time to complete
the application.  Interested candidates not familiar with Michigan's NEOGOV
system should begin the application well in advance of the deadline.  I
would be glad to answer any questions about the position or working for the

The Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is currently
recruiting for one (1) Environmental Quality Analyst 9-P11 position within
the Water Resources Division's Nonpoint Source Program.  This position is
permanent and is located at the Constitution Hall in Lansing, Michigan.
