Hello,

As some of you know, I worked with the Moodle project that was a 
proposed replacement for the ANGEL Learning Management System (LMS). 
Leadership has decided to not go with Moodle. Blackboard is a proposed 
LMS replacement for ANGEL. I will not be attending the next ATC meeting 
on Thursday, February 23, so I can attend the Blackboard demo. The other 
proposed replacement is Desire2Learn. There will be public demos for 
Desire2Learn as well.

I will follow-up this email with the Deans and Chairs email from Brendan 
Guenther that has the demo schedule. I suggest that ATC members try to 
attend at least one of each of the demos. Please ask questions regarding 
accessibility and usability.
