That document pretty much just says that I'm personally liable for the use of any site that's not pre-approved by General Counsel. What's missing is a list of approved sites. If they don't plan to publish such a list, perhaps we can use the WebDev listserv to share what we individually find out.
Has anyone already asked about Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, SurveyMonkey, Zoomerang, or Doodle? If not, I'll ask them and report back (though I expect that it will take a while).
