I seldom need to physically mail anything, so I guess I was deaf to complaints about the no-not-so-new online mailing form:  http://utrack.usd.msu.edu/PublicPickup/SCLIntraPackage/AddPickupRequestpublic_MSUext.asp

But, wow, it's almost worse that our old paper system.  Users cannot save data entered into the fields and thus must reenter the same thing over and over, and then you can't sort the history by date and must scroll through a year's worth of mail requests to see your most recent.

Does anyone have usage tips for this form?
