At the next ATC meeting, I'd like to discuss the possibility of having  
the ATC formally recommend that MSU revise its accessibility and  
accommodation policies to match the standard set by the Penn State  
settlement with the NFB. The full text of the settlement (which I've  
attached to this email) is relatively short, and I urge all of you to  
read it now, if you haven't already.
