Hi,

I've worked with Sergio recently, it seems that he handles technical 
questions about system configuration in orders as well as routine 
quoting.  I'm not sure if he is (or ever was),  "account manager".

Dell has instituted a single email contact that should be appropriate 
for most requests [log in to unmask]
