I have to agree with Dave. Coda is the way to go. Its slick fast, easy  
to use, and you'll love building and managing your sites/projects in it.

If you do want to have something that is a dedicated / stand alone svn  
app, I would recommend Versions. Its by far the best stand alone mac  
svn app I've used.
