In response to user complaints, I  just now got around to looking at the new mailing request form at http://utrack.usd.msu.edu/PublicPickup/SCLIntraPackage/AddPickupRequestpublic_MSUext.asp 

It's very tedious to fill it out each time you want to mail something, almost as bad as filling out the paper card.

I fooled around with a couple of Abine form-filler add-ins for Firefox, but I'm already finding them clunky and annoying to use, particularly because the form fields appear not to be standard.  So the add-ins are not going to work for the average user.

Has anybody else been moved to address this issue?  I know it's a "little thing," but...
