He has already completed initial setup with Sentinel , filled out all the forms, received the documentation and software, etc. His problems lie in making it all work. He's using PHP on an Apache server. The box is running Server 2003.
I would either like to put him in touch with someone to consult with, or perhaps farm the sentinel piece of the project out to someone on campus more familiar with the setup.

How far did he get?
[ ] Set up new app with Sentinel folks at MSU AIS (send paper form, receive app ID, password, et al.)
[ ] Set up HTTP SOAP request-response workflow (localuser:not signed in, sentineluser:signin, localuser:token, local2sentinel:userinfo, local.user:signedin). This can be set up as a filter in IIS or Apache.
