Creating a forcing feature to ensure employees don't do it is another matter entirely. Nigh impossible.

The idea being that every outside service needs to have an MSU-specific TOS? Or just for private/sensitive data?

Has anyone chatted up Microsoft regarding Windows/Office? Oracle? 37 Signals? Smaller companies?
