AFTER we came back from the basement, some of us received SMS alerts that
we'd signed up for, other didn't. Also, our phones would ring with a
message about seeking shelter, but this was after we came back and wasn't
all at once. One persons phone rang, then these two other peoples phone
rang, then none, then another one rang, etc, etc.
