That was what I thought, too, when the PDF came out.

I tend to agree with Chris Wolf about the colors, though I have to admit
that if I saw a web page with _just_ the new "green", I probably wouldn't
think twice about whether it matched the version in printed materials.

It's only when the old and the new are together that it seems that the
new version lacks a certain "green-ness" in comparison to the old (see
http://www.pa.msu.edu/people/perkins/msu-greens.html for my version
of what Chris did to compare them, if you're interested).
