I have a faculty member looking for a group or company or individual
to design and program a website for a University program. After the
site has been created, it would be hosted on our web server and
maintained by my group. The development platform would need to be
C#/ ASP.NET 2.0 on IIS7 connecting to MS Access DBs; we are not
currently using a CMS.  The individual or company would not
necessarily have to be affiliated with MSU; outsourcing is definitely
an option.

Do you have you any experience doing this?  Any advice from that?
Is there anyone you would or would not recommend?
Do you have a student, for example, that might be interested in doing
this?
