Research Associate (Post Doc) in Silviculture/Forest Ecology, 
Department of Forest Ecosystems and Society, Oregon State University. 
This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), 12-month, fixed-term position.

Position Summary:  Coordinate, develop, and implement study plan for 
cooperative research with the US Forest Service, Pacific Northwest 
Research Station, examining the integrated effects of forest 
management treatments and climate variation on forest vegetation, 
stream habitats, and headwater amphibians in western Oregon. Develop 
quantitative models examining multivariate associations among forest 
stand and stream characteristics, and to project potential future 
conditions with alternative forest management and climate scenarios. 
In conjunction with the PIs, develop research questions, implement 
data management and database development, and statistical analyses to 
address these questions, and interpret the results. Cooperate with 
other researchers to facilitate related research activities. Perform 
literature search, write up progress reports, and participate in the 
preparation of publications.
