Hello Network Admin.s
Would someone share with us what the cause(s) and resolution was of
this mornings network outage? I find the ATS "Service Status pages"
never contain any real information about what is happening and why. I
would appreciate it if the status and alerts sent out said more that "we
are having a problem" . Usually by the time we receive the message we
are already aware there is a problem.
