Note: based on the test results sent to me as a bounced message from 
[log in to unmask], Spamassassin has the ability to check 
SPF and use it in scoring a message.  I did not see evidence that this 
feature is enabled on mail.msu.edu.

This means that recipients at mail.msu.edu of mail with a From domain of 
kbs.msu.edu will not benefit from an SPF policy defined for KBS.
