Dear All,

The Webmasters forum @ forums.msu.edu is up and running now (well, last
Friday to be exact.) 

This forum is open for read-only, meaning one doesn't need to login to
read the content.  However, login is required to write a response or
start a new thread.  

Other than that, I think the "rules" are pretty relax, mostly the "use
your common-sense" stuff.  :-)  
We'll see how it goes.
