Have you had a chance to verify that the time of the workstation is in sync with that of the domain it's trying to contact?

A good article to reference would be http://articles.techrepublic.com.com/5100-6345-1060499.html.

Just a thought...

Scott,

I'm hunting down a similar issue in a another ad.msu.edu domain.

On problematic workstations, Start>Run>\\domain.ad.msu.edu fails and users
experience painful logon times. Ping\nslookup for domain.ad.msu.edu does
work. DNS\WINS is consistent with working workstations.

You are using imc.ad.msu.edu, correct? Give me a call, I'm glad to help.
