We had suggested one of our faculty use Survey Monkey for research
purposes (we already use it for other quickie surveys). The faculty
member did some checking and found out that Survey Monkey wasn't
allowed for the type of research she was doing. Something to do with
NIH grant funds? Anyway, it sounded like the survey data had to be
under our control.

I think we are going to use IPPSR's Office of Survey Research, http://
www.ippsr.msu.edu/OSR/Default.asp
Unless we decide to buy a package and run it on our own server.
