TechBase article #8068 from the ACNS Help Desk
(http://techbase.msu.edu/article.asp?id=8068) is the correct place to
look for this information. The IP range for the SSL VPN is documented
as 184.108.40.206 through 220.127.116.11, but that should really be 18.104.22.168
through 22.214.171.124, or 126.96.36.199/22. I have asked the Help Desk to
fix that typo.
The Cisco VPN used addresses in the 35.12.64.x range (possibly extending
through 35.12.65.x or 35.12.66.x). Those ranges are no longer active.
