 From a Food Policy Journal study, the link below to an article 
describing the study showing that consumers want organic products badly 
enough to buy less than 100% organic, and directing producers to produce 
for this market. Note that the fourth listed author is from ADM.

/"The evidence is that there is a demand for intermediate levels of 
organic content,"/ said the researchers. /"As consumer knowledge of 
organic production methods and potential advantages and disadvantages of 
these products increases over time, we expect that consumer willingness 
to pay for alternative level of organic content will change."
