I'm building up a new system for someone whos Dell is
sick, and in the process of installing SPSS, I find I can't.
After I type in the code, I get


     Error Code: 106
     
      You are not allowed to generate any more new licenses.

      Express2LS

      Lock code: 4-21036
      Authorization Code: <the msu code i have>



Has anyone else seen this? It certainly sounds to me like the
SPSS licensing monster is having problems at the moment.
Can anyone shed light on this?
