I have an HP Design jet 800 that has been getting VERY heavy use (25 42"x47"
posters in the last few days) and today, mid-print it started printing all
blue as purple.

We have since reset the printer to factory defaults, reinstalled the
drivers, tweaked all of the available software settings, attempted a custom
color profile made specifically for the paper from HP's website, verified
that we are at the latest firmware version, changed paper rolls and swapped
out ink cartridges.  None of this has worked.  Blue still prints out as
purple.

Has any one seen this behavior or know what we could do to fix it?
