It seems MS sends out a similar fix every month.  On the 2nd Tuesday of 
the month MS releases a group of fixes important enough to install but 
not important enough to have warranted an earlier immediate release.  I 
believe that Removal Tool is a monthly thing that, as the name suggests, 
removes some malicious software.
