All (ad.msu.edu) Active Directory services came back online around 9PM.  If you are able to login to your domains and still experiencing problems, perform a "c:\ipconfig /flushdns" and a "c:\ipconfig /registerdns".  Then replicate your DCs to its partners.

I just talked to someone over at AIS, and they are recovering from the 
power failure.  So, if you are part of the AIS AD forest, you may have 
problems as well.  They couldn't give me an ETA, but I'm sure they are 
working hard to fix the problem.
