The Library Reference desk staff wants to start using touch screen LCD monitors to make it easier to 'point out' search paths for the patrons they are helping. I have experience with CRT touch screens, but none with LCD. Is anyone in the area using LCD touch screens and what has been your experience with repair or maintainence?
