I agree with Bryan, I've rooted out quite a few bad memory
chips with this app.  There's also standalone bootable
images at:

http://www.memtest86.com/

Make sure you are able to verify at least some good memory
in the motherboard before you blame the memory though.
I've run across a few motherboards that tested good RAM
as bad because they had problems elsewhere.
