Hi Chris
We just ordered videoconferencing equipment.  It will use ethernet for the
connection and will be on a cart so it will be portable.  We haven't
received it yet so can't tell you how well it works but I can send you what
we ordered if that will help or answer any questions you have about how we
decided what to get.  The whole system cost about $9000 with the
coded,cart,large monitor, lcd projector, document camera and small monitor
for the document camera.
