This will probably depend on your specific needs, but we were primarly
interested in a web-based interface to avoid calendar client
installations, especially when people end up traveling and contact us
after the fact about accessing their calendar.

We are leaning towards iPlanet Calendar Server, because it meets
_most_ of our wanted features. I think all scheduling and groupware
products lack in different areas, so you will probably find features
on your list that just can't be met with current technologies!  Also,
iPlanet is no longer an alliance, but completely a part of/owned by
Sun.  This will allow more rapid development of the product and for it
to expand.  Lastly, their EDU pricing is hard to beat... it is pennies
in comparison to others.
